Thank you for choosing Twine to save for your financial goals. John Hancock has made the difficult decision to close the Twine product and website, effective December 3, 2021. If you were a Twine customer and have a balance remaining, please visit apexclearing.com to retrieve it. You’ll also be able to view your historic monthly statements and download your tax documents from this site. If you signed up for a John Hancock emergency savings account, you can access your new account here.
